How it works

1. Pick your appointment

Choose an available date and time using the booking calendar, then complete your free booking.

2. Come and try them on

Join us at Windsor Arcade, Penarth, for an hour of dresses and personal styling. We recommend trying up to eight pieces.

3. Found the one?

We’ll check availability for your event dates and help you arrange your rental.

Your try-on questions, answered

Is the appointment really free?

Yes. Your one-hour try-on appointment is free, with no obligation to rent. If you find a dress you love, the hire is charged separately.

How many dresses can I try?

We recommend up to eight dresses during your hour, giving you time to compare your favourites without rushing.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course - bring someone whose opinion you trust. If they’d like to try on dresses too, please book a separate appointment so you both have enough time.

Do I need to choose dresses before I arrive?

No. We can help you choose when you get here. If there’s a specific piece you’re coming to see, contact us beforehand to check it will be available to try.

Do I have to book my rental on the day?

Not at all. Take the time you need to feel confident in your choice. Dress availability can change, so your chosen piece isn’t secured until your rental is booked.

What if the fit needs a little adjustment?

We offer temporary alterations on selected pieces in partnership with a local seamstress. Ask us during your appointment and we’ll explain what’s possible, the cost and the timing.

Is cleaning included in the rental?

Yes - professional dry cleaning is included in your dress hire. Optional garment insurance can be added for £15.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a £20 cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as your plans change.
