Cancelling Your Rental
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@revaya.co.uk.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) before your rental start date will be eligible for a Revaya credit note equal to the full rental amount.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start date will not be eligible for a credit note and will be charged in full.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for cancellations β only store credit, which can be used toward any future booking.
If Your Item Doesnβt Fit
We strongly recommend booking a try-on appointment ahead of your rental to ensure the perfect fit.
If your item does not fit on arrival, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or credit note, as the piece will have been reserved exclusively for your dates and unavailable to other customers.
If Youβre Unhappy with the Condition of an Item
All our items are pre-loved and professionally cleaned and inspected between rentals. Minor signs of wear may be present.
If we notice any faults before your rental begins that we feel may affect wearability, weβll contact you in advance to arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.
This is rare β we pride ourselves on keeping our collection in excellent condition.
Sale Items
All sale purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or credit notes will be offered on sale stock.
