Absolutely. We offer in-person try-on appointments at our boutique in Penarth. You’ll have 1 hour to explore and try on up to 8 dresses from our curated collection.

It’s simple:
Browse rentals online.
Use the calendar on each product page to check availability for your event dates.
Please note our Collections/Return dates and time that are listed next to the availability calendar.
Add your item to your basket and checkout!
You can choose a rental period of 4, 8, or 12 days. Need something longer? Just drop us a message at hello@revaya.co.uk - we’ll do our best to help.
For added peace of mind, you can add optional damage cover at checkout for £15. This protects you against accidental, repairable damage (like missing buttons or minor stains) up to a value of £100.
Please note:
- Damage cover doesn’t include loss, theft, or irreparable damage
- If serious damage occurs or the item is not returned, you may be charged up to the full retail value
- For complimentary PR/influencer loans, any damage must be paid for in full

No, please don’t! Our expert cleaning partners will handle any stains. Just let us know if anything happened during your rental - it helps us care for our pieces and avoid unnecessary damage fees.
Select your preferred collection date when booking — this is when your dress will be ready for you at our Penarth showroom.
Collection hours:
Wednesday: 10am–5pm
Thursday: 10am–5pm
Friday: 10am–5pm
Saturday: 9am–5pm
If you need help choosing your date or have any questions, just drop us an email — we’ve got you.
Sunday: Drop it in to the store between 11am-2pm
Bank holiday: Return it first thing the next working day
We recommend booking a try-on before your event to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credit notes for sizing issues once a rental has been confirmed.
Late returns can affect the next customer - so we charge a £30 late fee per day for items returned after your rental end date. Please make sure it’s back on time to avoid charges.
As much as we love our suiter bags and hangers, they’re not for keeps! To stay sustainable, we ask that all packaging be returned with your item.
