By visiting our website and/or renting a dress from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation those who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you may not access the website or use our services.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e‑commerce platform that allows us to manage our rentals and transactions.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this site.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

2. General Conditions

• In the event of loss or non-return of a rented item, we reserve the right to charge up to the full retail value (RRP) of that item.
  
• If an item is returned late, a fee of £30 per day will be charged to the card on file.
  
• Damaged items will be reviewed individually. In cases where an item cannot be repaired, full replacement value may apply.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
  
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our website or services without express written permission from Revaya.
  

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure all details on our website are correct, but we cannot guarantee that all information (including availability, images, and descriptions) is always accurate or current. We reserve the right to update or correct any content at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Once a rental has been confirmed and paid for, the agreed price will remain valid for that transaction.

We may modify or discontinue any part of our service without prior notice and will not be liable for any resulting losses.

5. Showroom Appointments

When booking a try‑on appointment at our boutique, a £20 appointment fee applies.

• This fee will be taken off the final price of your rental if you proceed with the rental.
  
• The fee is non‑refundable and non‑redeemable if you cancel or do not attend 72 hours prior to your appointment.
  
• The fee helps cover the cost of dry cleaning and maintenance following appointments.
  
• A team member will be available to offer styling advice during your session.
  

6. Fit Policy

We recommend booking a try‑on appointment before renting to ensure the best fit.

Once a rental has been confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds or credit notes if an item does not fit, as the dress will have been reserved exclusively for your chosen dates.

7. Rental Periods

Standard rental durations are 4, 8, or 12 days.

If you require a longer period, please contact hello@revaya.co.uk before booking.

Items must be returned by the final day of your rental to avoid late fees.

8. Product Condition

All dresses are pre‑loved and professionally cleaned between rentals. Some natural signs of wear may be visible. If a notable fault exists before dispatch, we’ll contact you to discuss an alternative or issue a credit note.

We do not guarantee that all items will appear exactly as shown on screen, as colour and texture may vary slightly depending on device settings.

9. Damage Protection Add‑On

You may choose to add optional Damage Cover for £15 per item at checkout.

This covers accidental, repairable damage (e.g., missing buttons, loose threads, light stains) up to £100.

Please note:

• This does not cover theft, loss, or irreparable damage.
  
• If an item is damaged beyond repair, you may be charged the full replacement cost plus any lost rental income.
  
• If no Damage Cover is selected, you are responsible for all repair or replacement costs.
  

10. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your rental up to 72 hours before the rental start date for a credit note.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental start date will be charged in full.

If Revaya must cancel your order (e.g., due to item unavailability or damage), we will contact you immediately and issue a refund or suitable alternative.

11. Returns & Late Fees

• Items must be returned by the end of your rental period directly to our store.
  
• Late returns will incur a £30 per day fee.
  
• If an item is not returned within 7 days of the end of your rental period, we may charge up to the full RRP to your payment method.
  

12. Cleaning Policy

Do not attempt to clean or wash items yourself. Our professional cleaning partners handle all care after your rental.

If you know how a stain occurred, please let us know — it helps extend the lifespan of our dresses.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through Revaya are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non‑refundable.

14. Limitation of Liability

Revaya will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or rental service.

Your use of our service is at your own risk.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information submitted to Revaya is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your data with third parties without consent.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
